Does someone you love have a mental illness?

Join us for our free NAMI family support groups for family members, friends, and concerned others of a person with mental illness.

Founded in 1979, NAMI, the National Alliance for Mental Illness, is the nation's largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families affected by mental illness.  NAMI has over 1100 affiliates in communities across the country who engage in advocacy, research, support, and education.

In Person Support Groups

We know for many people, there's nothing better than to talk with people in person--even if it is a short distance away. We are slowly starting to meet in person for a couple of Support Groups. Please contact the person leading the group for any up-to-date news and to make sure that distance seating is available for all.

And don't forget to show off your cool masks!
