NAMI Online Support Groups

NAMI Illinois is hosting support groups via Zoom web conferencing now that in-person meetings are limited due to COVID-19 restrictions. It’s easy and confidential. Join a meeting by smartphone, computer, or telephone.

Participants must register for each meeting NO LATER THAN 4:30 p.m. on the day of the support group meeting in order to receive the Zoom meeting link by 5 p.m. so they can join the meeting that evening. Click on the support group type to find out more about it and also to register for the group. Registration is found at the bottom each support group page.

NAMI Connections Recovery Support Group Registration (Mondays, 7-8:30 p.m.; Thursdays, 7-8:30 p.m.)

NAMI Family Support Group Registration (Wednesdays, 7-8:30 p.m.; 2nd and 4th Saturday, 1-2:30 p.m.)

NAMI Parents Support Group Registration (1st and 3rd Friday, 7-8:30 p.m.)

NAMI Champaign In-Person Support Groups

NAMI Family Support Group is a peer-led support group for any adult, anyone over 18 years of age, with a loved one who has experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. Gain insight from the challenges and successes of others facing similar experiences.


The free Family Support Group in Tuscola is meeting in person. Please contact Diane Zell the Tuesday before group (4th Tuesday of the month) if you plan to attend.
