
NAMI Family-to-Family (F2F) is a free, 8-session education program for family, friends, and significant others of adults with mental health conditions. NAMI Family-to-Family provides information about anxiety, depressive disorders, schizophrenia, bipolar and other mental health conditions. Other topics covered include communications, problem solving, and treatment and recovery.
This course is designed to increase understanding and advocacy skills while helping participants maintain their own well-being. The program is taught by trained family members how have a loved on with a mental health conditions. NAMI Family-to-Family is an evidence-based program (EB).
WHEN: Tuesdays, 6:30 - 9:00pm March 17th - May 05th, 2026.

NAMI Basics On-Demand
is a self-paced online class for parents, guardians and other family caregivers who provide care for youth (age 22 or younger) who are experiencing mental health symptoms.
The On-Demand program is guided by parents and family members with lived experience. On-Demand offers the flexibility of participating in the course on your schedule, self-paced, and available 24/7.

NAMI Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Class
offers a class tailored for adults 18yr+ with mental health conditions. It is a secure and private setting that fosters mutual support and personal development. Participants can find compassion and empathy from others who share similar experiences. It is an environment conducive to learning about recovery with acceptance.
